Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for customers by delivering insights, product recommendations, and new technology
- Manage multiple digital incentive campaign launches and ensure compliance with operational best practices
- Provide support for promotion onboarding, technical execution, and campaign quality maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Campaign Management, Customer Success, or Account Management
- Proven ability to manage complex projects successfully
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools; experience with Salesforce, JIRA is a plus
- Experience working with Adult Beverage brands is a plus
