Job Summary

Owning Salesforce Data Cloud administration, the full-time Digital Intelligence Analyst will manage data quality, build actionable dashboards, and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize audience targeting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce Data Cloud, troubleshooting issues and optimizing platform performance
• Monitor data flow across systems to ensure marketing data quality and resolve inconsistencies
• Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights from campaign and business data

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud preferred
