Digital Intelligence Architect

Job Summary

Serving as a client-facing technical consultant, the full-time Digital Intelligence & Personalization Architect will help clients leverage Adobe Experience Cloud solutions by providing strategic guidance, solution architecture, and integration methodologies in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on Adobe Experience Platform and integrated Adobe solutions, aligning technical recommendations with client goals
• Assess client technical environments, identify implementation gaps, and design best-practice solutions based on findings
• Engage regularly with clients to manage multiple engagements while delivering high-quality service and strategic guidance

Required Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
• 5+ years of direct client consulting experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, or AEP RTCDP
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration patterns
• Proficiency in API integrations, tag management, data modeling, and solution architecture
