Digital Lab IVA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager I (non-IT).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and author Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) within AEM using pre-approved marketing content
• Route assets through the MLR review process using Promomats/MLS and perform quality control for field deployment
• Collaborate with marketing teams to update design assets and manage multiple IVA projects in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) specifically in content authoring
• Experience with Veeva CLM/iRep, including building and deploying IVAs
• Strong understanding of the MLR review process and asset routing via Promomats/MLS
• Background in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end IVA creation and deployment in a CMS-driven environment
