Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Lab Transformation Lead to manage a team of Product Owners and drive the execution of its digital product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive execution on organizational projects while managing priorities and resources
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing strategic direction and removing roadblocks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in project management or product ownership, preferably in a leadership role
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences and healthcare
