Job Summary

Driving the global digital learning strategy, the full-time Associate Director, Digital Learning & Content will oversee Cybersight's learning ecosystem, ensuring it enhances clinical capacity and eye health outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead Cybersight's global digital learning strategy, aligning it with organizational priorities and global health goals
• Oversee the Cybersight learning portfolio, establishing standards for instructional design and course management
• Implement Cybersight's CPD framework and maintain partnerships with accreditation bodies to support professional development

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in education, public health, global health, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in digital learning, medical education, or large-scale training programs
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and designing learning systems across multiple countries
• Background in professional development or CPD programs, preferably in clinical or health professional training
• Experience working within global or low- and middle-income country health programs
