Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Learning Experience Developer/LXP Developer/Learning Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure the LXP platform to meet organizational learning needs
• Design and develop engaging digital learning content and experiences
• Analyze learner data to improve learning experiences and generate usage reports

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or LXP development
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with LXP platforms and various content creation tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects
