Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Customer Education Content Specialist to deliver technical and product training through various digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital training modules and materials for customers and employees
• Conduct and deliver technical and product training via e-learning platforms
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and provide analytics on e-learning platform performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, Pendo)
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum design
• Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate)
• Veterinary or medical experience is preferred
