Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver digital training modules and materials for customers and employees
• Conduct technical and product training via e-learning in various formats
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance learning solutions and track e-learning platform analytics

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix)
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum design
• Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia)
• Veterinary or medical experience is preferred
