Key Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread legal transcripts for accuracy and completeness
• Apply correct legal terminology, formatting, grammar, and punctuation
• Research and verify legal terms and procedures as needed while meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of verbatim legal transcription experience
• Strong familiarity with various legal document formats
• Ability to consistently produce at least 300 pages per week
• Formal training or certification in legal transcription or court reporting preferred
• Must be located in the United States
