Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital License Support Advocate to assist customers with licensing inquiries and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create accounts and notify customers of licensing availability
  • Provide customer support regarding license status and troubleshoot related issues
  • Maintain and develop process flows for new or existing products as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service/support or a related field
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Proven ability to adapt conversations based on the technical ability of customers
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
