Digital Manufacturing Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Driving the development and delivery of high-quality software products, the full-time Digital Manufacturing Solutions Manager will create and sustain solutions for manufacturing operations, collaborating with teams to ensure effective deployment and governance while working onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog and oversee the design and documentation of user requirements and validation processes
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective deployment of manufacturing tools and systems
• Engage with senior leaders and governance teams to align product development with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar field
• 6+ years of experience in change management projects within manufacturing environments
• 3+ years of experience in Project and Portfolio Management
• 2+ years of experience implementing or maintaining software in operational settings
• Proven capabilities in Supplier and Vendor Management, Agile Product Ownership, and development practices
