Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Paid Media to develop, launch, optimize, and analyze paid media marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead paid media channel efforts, providing optimization recommendations and reporting
  • Execute paid media initiatives and work closely with the analytics team to improve performance
  • Define KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and communicate insights and findings to leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college, preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and paid media
  • Experience with analytic platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Experience in developing marketing plans and tracking campaign performance
  • Agency experience and knowledge in the travel industry are a plus
