Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst, Paid Media to develop, launch, optimize, and analyze paid media marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead paid media channel efforts, providing optimization recommendations and reporting
- Execute paid media initiatives and work closely with the analytics team to improve performance
- Define KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and communicate insights and findings to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college, preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and paid media
- Experience with analytic platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
- Experience in developing marketing plans and tracking campaign performance
- Agency experience and knowledge in the travel industry are a plus
