Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Digital Marketing Analyst will drive performance and strengthen client partnerships by optimizing digital strategies for a diverse portfolio of automotive clients.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Team Leads to ensure a seamless client experience throughout all aspects of the Client Experience
- Audit digital accounts for anomalies, perform basic optimizations, and run analyses to highlight performance improvements
- Maintain constant communication with internal teams and clients, addressing questions and resolving issues in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- BS or BA degree preferred
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service-related field preferred
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads preferred
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
- Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of projects and communicate effectively
