Job Summary
Driving performance and strengthening client partnerships, the full-time salaried Digital Marketing Analyst will support data-driven marketing strategies for a dynamic portfolio of automotive clients in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Team Leads to ensure a seamless client experience across all aspects of account management
- Audit digital accounts for anomalies, optimize performance, and run analyses to highlight improvements
- Maintain communication with internal teams and clients, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
Required qualifications
- BS or BA degree preferred
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service-related field preferred
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
