Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried position, the Digital Marketing Analyst will drive performance and strengthen client partnerships by auditing digital accounts, running analyses for performance improvements, and maintaining communication with internal teams and clients for a portfolio of automotive clients.
Key responsibilities
- Audit digital accounts for anomalies and perform optimizations to ensure customer success
- Run analyses to highlight performance improvements and support monthly recurring work across all accounts
- Maintain constant communication with internal teams and answer client questions to resolve issues in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- BS or BA preferred
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service-related field preferred
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads preferred
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and maintain focus under pressure
