Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Digital Marketing Analyst will drive performance and strengthen client partnerships by optimizing digital strategies for a diverse portfolio of automotive clients.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Team Leads to ensure a seamless client experience throughout all aspects of the Client Experience
- Audit digital accounts for anomalies, implement best practices, and run performance analyses to support customer success
- Maintain constant communication with internal teams and clients regarding account status and deliverables
Required qualifications
- BS or BA degree preferred
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service-related field preferred
- Experience in Automotive Agency or In-House Marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn
