Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic portfolio of automotive clients, the full-time salaried Digital Marketing Analyst will drive performance by auditing digital accounts, running analyses to highlight improvements, and maintaining communication with internal teams and clients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Team Leads to ensure a seamless client experience across all aspects of the Client Experience
- Audit digital accounts for anomalies and perform optimizations to enhance customer success
- Conduct performance analyses and support monthly recurring work across all accounts
Required qualifications
- BS or BA degree preferred
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service-related field preferred
- Experience in automotive agency or in-house marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
- Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to manage projects proactively
