Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all activities on PPL's digital strategy and brand across social media platforms
• Create and develop scalable digital strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and awareness
• Produce an organized flow of social media content, relevant and valuable to PPL's audiences

Required Qualifications:

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of questions and feedback
• Possess confidence to push back and challenge internal processes to deepen outstanding customer service
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with marketing CRM systems, social media for business, and SEO is a plus
• Fluent in English required, bilingual a plus
