Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing Channels who will lead digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing channels (SMS, Paid Media, and Email) for customer acquisition and retention
  • Launch the SMS channel by identifying use cases, developing content strategies, and integrating data/technology
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor channel success, utilizing analytics for campaign performance and optimization
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing B2C and B2B multi-channel digital marketing programs
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with Marketing Technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Ads
  • Experience in Finance/Banking-related positions preferred
  • Strong analytical background in developing data-driven marketing campaigns and understanding channel operations
