Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of paid digital channels, the full-time remote Digital Marketing Director will manage performance, budgets, and tools across various platforms to drive growth and optimize KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and tracking of paid digital channels in alignment with budget and growth goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and make proactive adjustments to optimize target KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline all aspects of managed channels and drive innovation through testing and analysis
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years in direct response marketing, with 5+ years managing performance marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition
  • Deep expertise across digital platforms including Meta/Instagram, Search, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Display
  • Proven success in a high-growth, direct response B2C startup, preferably in Fintech or Insurtech
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau
  • Experience working with AdTech and Data teams to prioritize platform requirements and measurement needs
