Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learner Success Advocate - Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned learners, providing support and guidance throughout their Digital Marketing program
- Moderate live sessions, facilitating engagement and assisting learners with questions and logistics
- Monitor learner progress, identify at-risk learners, and provide accountability support to ensure successful course completion
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer-facing, education, or coaching roles
- Solid understanding of core digital marketing areas such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Experience with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics and HubSpot
