Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated social media strategies across paid and organic channels
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns while managing organic content calendars
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Five plus (5+) years of experience in digital marketing focusing on paid and organic social
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel social campaigns with measurable success
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
