Job Summary

Owning the acquisition funnel, the full-time remote Digital Marketing Manager will drive customer acquisition and optimize trial-to-purchase conversion for a technical software product, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing digital marketing strategies across various channels.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid media, and email nurture programs
  • Analyze and improve trial conversion rates and customer acquisition metrics through data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to enhance the user journey from trial to purchase
Required qualifications:
  • Proven experience in driving new customer acquisition and trial-to-purchase conversion for technical software products
  • Deep understanding of the technical buyer landscape, particularly IT professionals and DevOps engineers
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
