Job Summary
To support the execution and optimization of paid digital programs, the full-time Digital Marketing Manager will manage campaigns across B2B Mortgage and Consumer segments, focusing on strategy, performance optimization, and reporting in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and ABM platforms to support demand and pipeline goals
- Develop segmentation strategies and manage day-to-day campaign setup and performance monitoring across various platforms
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization while managing budget allocation
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, paid media, or demand generation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and at least one additional paid platform (Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic)
- Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense or similar
- Experience working with budgets, performance metrics, and campaign reporting
