Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of active paid media accounts, the full-time Digital Marketing Manager will oversee Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads campaigns for real estate clients, ensuring performance, retention, and client satisfaction in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads for a portfolio of clients, focusing on performance outcomes
- Conduct regular client calls for strategic performance reviews and issue resolution, maintaining clear expectations around campaign performance
- Onboard new clients through a structured process to accelerate time to value and ensure understanding of campaign integration with the Sierra platform
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns at a digital marketing agency or in-house, handling multiple client accounts
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Microsoft Ads, with a strong understanding of key performance metrics
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in a customer success or account management role within a SaaS or digital services environment
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a significant advantage
