Job Summary

To support a growing dementia management program, the full-time Digital Marketing Manager will own paid media, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing to drive caregiver acquisition and engagement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across various digital platforms while managing a six-figure annual budget
  • Build and optimize landing pages and caregiver enrollment funnels, including A/B testing and analytics tracking
  • Design email and SMS nurture sequences to enhance caregiver retention and program engagement
Required qualifications
  • 4-7 years of hands-on healthcare digital marketing experience focused on direct-to-consumer performance marketing
  • Proven track record managing paid media budgets of $500K+ annually with documented outcomes
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and modern marketing analytics tools like GA4
  • Experience building landing pages and operating email/SMS lifecycle platforms
  • Ability to balance rigor in data analysis with empathy for the target audience's needs
