Job Summary
Owning and executing Fleet's B2B digital marketing strategy, the full-time Digital Marketing Manager will manage LinkedIn Ads, build paid digital funnels, and utilize Google Analytics to optimize performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategy across the customer journey
- Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including targeting, creative testing, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing campaigns with pipeline goals and contribute to messaging frameworks
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in B2B digital marketing with hands-on LinkedIn Ads experience in a $5M-$50M ARR company
- Proven track record of managing a LinkedIn Ads budget of $10,000-$100,000/month
- Deep expertise in Campaign Manager, including segmentation and funnel optimization
- Strong Google Analytics skills, focusing on funnel analysis and ad performance metrics
- Experience in developing value/messaging frameworks and translating them into effective ad copy
