Job Summary
Owning client relationships and leading a team, the full-time salaried Digital Marketing Manager will oversee digital marketing strategies across various channels, actively coach team members, and execute hands-on campaign management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for key clients, translating business goals into digital marketing strategies
- Manage and coach a team of digital marketers, establishing expectations for quality and professional growth
- Execute hands-on campaign management across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, while introducing AI-powered workflows
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing and media planning
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across various digital marketing platforms
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Microsoft Power BI
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team, including coaching and skill-building
