Performance-driven and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Digital Marketing Manager will own and scale paid media initiatives, manage significant advertising budgets across various platforms, and optimize website performance to enhance conversion rates and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and allocate multi-channel paid media budgets, optimizing for pipeline contribution and cost-per-opportunity
  • Measure and optimize website performance, ensuring effective conversion rates and AI-engine discoverability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid media performance data into overall marketing strategies and revenue operations
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing substantial B2B SaaS paid media budgets with proven results
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing workflows for ad copy generation and audience modeling
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and GTM
  • Practical experience using B2B intent data platforms to create targeted account-based campaigns
  • Solid understanding of CMS management and conversion rate optimization best practices
