Job Summary
As a hands-on, execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will own the full digital presence and demand generation function to drive business growth and increase brand awareness through strategic digital marketing campaigns, including content strategy, SEO, paid media, and social channels.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation and paid media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Manage SEO and content marketing efforts, including blog management and organic growth strategies
- Oversee marketing automation processes, including lead nurturing and email campaigns, while maintaining CRM hygiene
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment with demand generation results
- Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup and optimization
- Experience with a marketing automation platform such as Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo
- Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and ability to build reports from raw data
