Job Summary
Owning the paid media strategy from start to finish, the full-time remote Digital Marketing Manager will manage campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels, ensuring alignment with pipeline and efficiency targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute Docker's paid media strategy, focusing on paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels
- Oversee audience targeting and account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, ensuring alignment with Docker's enterprise ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Manage measurement and attribution models to connect advertising spend to sourced and influenced pipeline, reporting on pipeline quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B paid media, performance marketing, or digital demand generation, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on expertise in building and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads at scale across multiple channels
- Proven experience managing paid media across various regions, including NAMER, EMEA, and APAC
- Strong background in measurement and attribution, including Salesforce reporting and platform conversion tracking
- Experience managing agency relationships, providing direction, and ensuring accountability for results
