Job Summary

Results-driven and experienced, the full-time remote Digital Marketing Manager will own and scale paid digital acquisition efforts across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of PPC campaigns, including strategy, execution, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute PPC strategies and manage campaign portfolios across various markets
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing bids, budgets, and ad creatives to improve efficiency
  • Analyze performance data and produce reports, translating insights into actionable business recommendations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with paid search campaigns in a B2B technology environment
  • Experience with campaign tracking, conversion measurement, and attribution methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting tools like HubSpot and Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and performance targets
