Job Summary

To drive sustainable revenue growth across global markets, the full-time Digital Marketing Manager will own and scale paid acquisition efforts across various channels while managing advertising budgets and optimizing marketing efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other relevant channels
  • Manage advertising budgets and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall marketing efficiency
  • Manage external agencies and marketing partners, evaluating performance and sourcing new vendors as needed
Required qualifications
  • Strong experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Acquisition roles
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling significant advertising budgets
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization
  • Experience working across international markets, particularly the US, EU, and UK
