Job Summary
Owning the technical and operational backbone of the marketing function, the full-time remote Digital Marketing Manager will manage website operations, SEO, CRO, email marketing, and paid media to drive revenue outcomes and optimize marketing performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day website operations, ensuring performance, content updates, and technical SEO compliance
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance lead generation and engagement
- Manage all email marketing initiatives in Pardot, including automated workflows and performance reporting
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation with hands-on ownership of website CMS and Pardot
- Proven experience managing WordPress at an operational level, including CMS administration and plugin management
- Strong background in SEO, including technical SEO and performance reporting
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and funnel analysis
- Ability to build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce related to lead and pipeline performance
