Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal "Product Owner" for Wrike, building and maintaining the workspace to meet agency needs
• Monitor team bandwidth and reassign tasks to prevent bottlenecks and ensure deadlines are met
• Develop performance reports and dashboards for executive and tactical levels to enhance productivity

Required Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience as a Wrike Power User with knowledge of advanced features
• Strong resource management skills with the ability to optimize team output
• Ability to translate raw project data into actionable insights for various stakeholders
• Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment
• Understanding of managing diverse talent across different marketing disciplines
