Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its People Operations hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end full cycle recruitment for assigned roles in partnership with the TA team
• Source and recruit passive candidates across platforms to find and hire digital marketing talents
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and maintain the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• 3+ years of recruiting experience within the digital marketing industry
• Experience in agency recruitment and consultant search
• Proficient knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
