Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Marketing Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor an inside sales team to achieve sales targets and uphold performance standards
• Develop and implement sales strategies while overseeing daily operations and coaching team members
• Monitor sales calls, evaluate team performance, and conduct training to enhance productivity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a top-performing sales leader managing a team of 8 or more representatives
• 5+ years of B2B Inside Sales experience
• 5+ years of experience in ramping new hires and developing sales materials and processes
• Digital Marketing experience is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
