Digital Marketing Sales Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team of sales representatives, the full-time Digital Marketing Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing coaching to enhance team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a remote sales team to consistently meet sales targets and uphold performance standards
• Monitor and evaluate sales calls to improve quality and track overall team performance
• Conduct needs assessments and performance reviews to optimize team productivity and identify training needs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a proven sales leader managing a team of 4 or more representatives
• 5+ years of B2B Inside Sales experience with a strong sales coaching background
• Experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Paid ads, with Google Analytics/AdWords Certification preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Ability to collaborate with clients to develop effective digital marketing strategies
