Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Specialist - Paid Search.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase website traffic, convert new supporters, and generate revenue for nonprofit clients
  • Work within Google and Microsoft platforms to meet and exceed client metrics and goals
  • Build strategies, write ad copy, create campaigns, optimize performance, and provide reporting


Required Qualifications
  • Experience with paid search ads in Google and Microsoft, including Performance Max (PMAX)
  • Experience working with nonprofits or familiarity with the Google Ad Grant
  • Agency experience or ability to manage multiple clients (up to 20)
  • Experience in report-building and storytelling results for clients
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
