Job Summary

Results-driven and detail-oriented, the full-time Digital Marketing Specialist will strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across various digital channels
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, applying optimizations to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising (PPC/SEM/social ads)
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, and reporting tools
