Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

To support advisor and consumer engagement, the remote Digital Marketing Specialist will create and execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot, manage social media channels, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance sales enablement and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including emails, workflows, and landing pages
• Manage social media presence and support advisor-facing initiatives, webinars, and educational campaigns
• Maintain and report marketing data, segmentation, and campaign tracking while identifying AI-driven efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing or sales enablement experience
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
• Email deliverability expertise
• Experience supporting sales teams with marketing tools and content
• Fluency with Microsoft 365 tools
