Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist, the full-time remote position will lead website redevelopment, design and implement SEO strategies, and manage PPC campaigns to enhance the company's digital presence in the workplace safety and security industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the redesign and rebuild of the company website, ensuring a user-friendly and conversion-optimized experience
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic
• Plan and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for ROI and tracking performance

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including web design coordination, SEO, and PPC management
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs
• Experience managing website projects, preferably with WordPress or similar CMS
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable insights
• Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
