Job Summary
You will be responsible for driving engagement with prospective customers. You will design and execute marketing programs and campaigns targeting prospects and customers across tools including email marketing, marketing automation, social media, website pages, content deployment and more. You will translate prospect engagement into a lead scoring process that drives sales appointments and new account registrations from both paid and organic leads. You will be responsible for managing, segmenting, augmenting and optimizing Smarter with Achieve email list, constantly looking for ways to better target, engage and convert.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Determine which channels are best suited to drive leads
- Enterprise b2b leads
- Generate leads through Affiliate partners
- Optimize ad spend ROI across social media sites and affiliates.
- Develop ad copy, and promotion strategies.
- Manage the content development process.
- Achieve MQL and quotas.
- Design and manage lead scoring, segmentation and customer personas.
- Optimize existing and develop new tools to progress prospects and customers through the sales and customer funnels.
Requirements
- Location - Home-based US location
- Fixed full-time schedule; must be accessible Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm ET
- 4+ years' experience as an email marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing specialist at a reputable technology or software company
- Experience with data-driven analysis and optimization
- Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation (Active Campaign, Yeti, Salesforce fluency preferred)
- Excellent project manager (Fluency with Basecamp preferred)
- Ability to create clear briefs for graphic designers and content writers
Capable of juggling multiple projects at once, attention to detail, great task manager
- In-depth knowledge of the various marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ads), retargeting, social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more), content distribution and placement networks
- Data-driven marketer with a strong eye for metrics
