Job Summary
Seeking an entrepreneurial Digital Media Director, this full-time remote position will manage existing B2C accounts, build a new internal media capability, and develop strategic foundations for scaling the digital media department.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement digital paid media tools and infrastructure to establish the digital media department
- Manage day-to-day operations of active clients and serve as the authoritative voice on paid strategy
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Paid Social, Paid Digital, and Streaming Media while focusing on performance-driven programming
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in digital paid media planning, buying, and strategy
- Strong business development skills with experience in building industry relationships and participating in RFPs
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional soft skills for team integration
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a track record of improving campaign performance
- Comfortable managing budgets for small to medium-sized business clients
