Job Summary
To enhance digital marketing efforts, the full-time remote Digital Media Manager will manage SEM strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads and related platforms, while collaborating with stakeholders to align business objectives and provide actionable insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for SEM strategy and execution, including campaign development and performance analysis
- Act as the main point of contact for SEM initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to communicate performance and provide recommendations
- Define and maintain measurement frameworks, analyzing campaign performance using key metrics and delivering executive-ready reporting
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media operations, preferably within B2B biotech or life sciences sectors
- Proficiency in paid media platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with experience in ABM platforms preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance analytics
- Knowledge of digital media KPIs, bidding strategies, and performance optimization methodologies
- Google Ads Certifications and/or LinkedIn Marketing Certifications are a strong plus
