Engaging with social media audiences daily, the full-time Digital Media Representative will provide superior patient care across various digital media channels, including social media, email, and web platforms, while supporting patient acquisition and performing digital patient care tasks in a remote work environment.

- Perform digital patient care tasks in accordance with company procedures and industry standards
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a social media and/or customer service environment preferred
- Proven track record of innovation and creative thinking
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle escalated situations with compassion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer knowledge
- Dependable and flexible with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
