Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of call center or high-volume patient-facing experience
- Proficiency in digital communication across chat and portal channels
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to independently navigate resources and manage multiple systems/screens
- Availability to work variable shifts across multiple time zones, including weekends
