Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with digital messaging or conversational AI platforms
• Experience building or managing knowledgebases and conversational workflows
• Strong analytical skills with experience in creating dashboards and interpreting performance data
• Practical experience with GenAI prompt design for customer-facing use cases
• Ability to lead complex initiatives while collaborating across various teams
