Digital Ministry Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing outreach initiative, the full-time Digital Ministry Specialist will investigate, implement, manage, and train staff on online methods of outreach to international students, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Research and test new online technologies for personal connections with international students
• Facilitate online Bible discussions and actively engage in social media groups to connect with students
• Recruit and train a volunteer team to enhance online outreach efforts and maintain financial partnerships

Required qualifications

• Adherence to the organization's statement of faith and core values
• Experience in cross-cultural ministry and demonstrated leadership development abilities
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
• Well-organized with the ability to work independently and under stress
